Globe House is a digital promotional broadcast and creative media platform. We provide:

• Free listening to Globe House Radio 24/7
• Paid creative tools (AI Video Studio)
• Optional promotional placement services
• Optional Partner membership ($10/month)

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit content you do not own or have rights to
• Submit content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Submit content that is defamatory, obscene, or illegal
• Attempt to circumvent payment or subscription systems

4. Partner Subscription

Globe House Partner includes access to Beta University training tools, branding strategy, music marketing education, and AI creative tool training.

Beta University provides education and tools. Commercial success is not guaranteed.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

Globe House and Globe Power Productions LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
