3. Removal Process

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
• Notify the user who posted the content
• Provide an opportunity for the user to file a counter-notice

4. Counter-Notice Process

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the removed material and its former location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake
• Your contact information
• Consent to jurisdiction of federal court

5. Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly infringe copyright may have their accounts terminated.

6. False Claims

Warning: Submitting false DMCA claims may result in legal liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
