1. Ownership Representation

By submitting music to Globe House, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or control all rights to the submitted recording
• You have the authority to grant the license described in this agreement
• The recording does not infringe any third-party rights
• You have obtained all necessary permissions, clearances, and licenses

2. Non-Exclusive License Grant

You grant Globe House a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Stream your recording on Globe House Radio
• Promote your music across Globe House platforms
• Create promotional materials featuring your music
• Display your artist name, song title, and cover art

Important: This is a non-exclusive license. You retain full ownership and can distribute your music elsewhere freely.

3. No Ownership Transfer

Globe House does not take ownership of your music. You retain all copyrights, publishing rights, and master recording rights. This agreement only grants a license for promotional broadcasting.

4. Right of Removal

You may request removal of your music at any time by contacting us at:submissions@globehouse.com

We will remove your content within 7 business days of your request.

5. Content Standards

Globe House reserves the right to reject or remove submissions that:

• Contain unlicensed samples or copyrighted material
• Violate our content guidelines
• Infringe third-party rights
• Are deemed inappropriate by our moderation team

6. Artist Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Globe House and Globe Power Productions LLC from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:

• Copyright infringement claims related to your submission
• Breach of this agreement
• Unauthorized use of samples, beats, or other copyrighted material

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will cease streaming your music and remove it from active rotation.
